Introduction
===========================================================================================
Hello Artists, I'm here to offer several jobs to pixelists as head of the AO project, to offer several job opportunities to the artistic public under the AO project to create custom sprites for the use under the AO project. Currently as standards stand, there is a strong demand of up to 8 spriters that are fairly to highly skilled.

Job Detail
===========================================================================================
General Movement Animation
General in Aerion, consists of one general 4x4 frame spritesheet such as exampled in the following:

Now the dimensions for mostly all characters in the game will follow this rubric of 128x192, but due to certain races some may have larger or smaller height/width dimensions. Though monsters on the other hand will consist of nearly any dimension as needed be to get the ideal across to the player of what it is.
Alas movement should be gaged by points as depicted by this mock-up, by fours:

This generally is the basics for any and all movement in game.
Character Design
In Aerion the characters are very unique that from other games, and consist of only 6 general races, as of 1.0.5. Now these races include, Elf, Orc, Human, Dwarf, Vixen, and Serpentine. Each pertain to different characteristics and cultures in the game, for instance, elves will generally have more smooth or fancy clothing, where the two beast races, Vixen & Serpentine, will pertain to have little to no clothing, but instead emblem markings. Generally all that is needed in character design are base models, and sprite blocks that can be used to customize the character, such as different hair styles, clothing color, eye color, etc. which generally only around 5 choices in each are needed per non-beastial race.
Monster Design
On the matter of monster design, it is hard to really depict the styles, but generally based off of certain atmospheric characteristics such as if they are a swamp or cave dweller they would have a more pale tone with a fiercer composer to match the scenario around them. Yet I would have to say this is the most important part to Aerion because throughout the entire game players encounter monsters, and inequalities with scenario and design are an instant turn off to many players so in general this is the main apparent focus in the designing of Aerion, and good work here will generally be paid much higher than the other divisions. Though the main part to this reasoning is that each monster will require several sprite sets, generally one for walking around, attacking, etc., but overall the commision price is much higher in general.
Animal Design
Animal design will consist of the larger wildlife, and domestic life from dogs and cats through wolves and foxes. Yet this division also requires the use of multiple sprite sets, but it isn't as high of a concern as many of the others seeing as these are only to be needed be created pre-global release, and with a few minor exceptions as the world of Aerion expands onto new regions.
Skill Animation
Now skill animation will have two sub-genres, one for character and monster skill animation and then the other for magic animation. So in general this means that any attacks that have special effects other than regarding to the way the character attacks will fall under the second sub-genre. Now for simple skill animations for character attacks, they will generally follow the 128x192 dimension but with exceptions to the skill being used such as to say if the skill required a sky dash, or a battle rush then either the height or width dimension would be edited to allow the dimensions.
Armor Design
Armor design also has two sub-genres. One that will use a spriteset that can be applied to the character, and the other which will simply be an icon of what the players can expect the armor to look like, which simply only requires two frames, one for shop view, and then one of it's appearance when it is dropped on the field.
Weapon Design
Same as armor design this also has two sub-genres. One that will use a spriteset that can be applied to the character, and the other which will simply be an icon of what the players can expect the weapon to look like, which simply only requires two frames, one for shop view, and then one of it's appearance when it is dropped on the field.
Item Design
Item design only has one genre, and that's the icon design. This is simply like it stated above frames, one for shop view, and one that is a bit smaller of which will be seen when dropped on the field. Though this is a rush genre that is in demand pre-global release.
Tileset Design
This is general is the in-game appearances, such as buildings, etc. Though unlike the other sets in the game the tilesets dimensions have a width restriction that has to be 256 pixels wide, but the length can be infinite. Yet in reference to priority this has to be the utmost priority and all spriters that endeavor into this division while it's still in demand can generally expect to earn twice the amount, because it's the most important aspect of the game, and is the main material that will be seen throughout the entire game. So generally the tilesets should resemble various landscapes within Aerion's time setting of Fantasy/Post-Mideval, yet should be diverse and include bountiful material that can be applied to the game to increase mapping quality.
Banner/Advertisement Design
This is for those that are interested in simply the outer aspects of the game. Animated sprite banners including random animations, and characters are needed for the global release, and should pertain to Aerion and illuminate what it's about in a humurous and attractive tone.
Other/Misc.
Finally, this section generally applies to the random demands that I or the other designers may ask for in the game such as an animated door, character, flame, etc. random props that make the game animated and not static like most 2D games happen to stick to being.

Payment Detail
===========================================================================================
The commision price will be based off of the following:
Quality
Speed
Division Type
Demand
Difficulty
Though in general artists can expect to be paid from anywhere up to 100$ USD per peice dependancy on those aspects of the submission. Yet I would like to add that any spriter that stays with Aerion for a set amount of time, and is a highly contributive and skilled member will have the opportunity to be paid off of a 5% royalty off of the profits made on Aerion.
Next, payment methods will generally be through PayPal, but large sums can have the option of being sent through general mail if the circumstance requires it.

Conclusion
===========================================================================================
Lastly, I would like to mention that there are over 10,000+ spritesets, icons, or special spriting requests that are needing to be filled, and if available more job opportunities will open up if the treasury set aside for this game can support doing so.
