Hello

I have tried for a long time now to get a nice roof for this house...

I want to have an old roof, made of hay or grass etc...

any idea of how to make a nice roof, pleas tell me and show some tips of how to make it, my tries are just to uggly

Go through zi's gallery for the best roof examples you seek. Zoom on them and study. Also just a great gallery.

it is also very obvious you are using copy and paste for most of the parts of this, i am not going to scold you for doing that, though...

my advise is to spend some time breaking the patterns...  such on the roof.  you got you basic texture done, but add some contrast, then go in by hand and add textures to spots to kill the repeating patterns. 

right now it looks like the walls are done in one style, and the roof in another.  so, like i said, add contrast to the roof.

also, the style roof you have, being made with straw, you need to not only do what dragon said, but on the sides as well, and cover the top beam

Absolutely, with roofs made from organic matter like straw and hay they need to be more random than what you now have.
Another thing is to shade the dark side. Now its all lit equally.
