   When submitting work, the second line states:

"No work in progress. We're not too strict on this one... just don't throw up junk you spent a couple of minutes on or a half finished piece."

What is wrong with my lei flower?  Why is it unacceptable for this website?The flower is not a work in in progress, it is a finished portion of a larger concept.  It's not junk and I spent more than a couple of minutes on it.

Also, please define "not to strict" to me and make it as painfully clear as you possibly can.  That way I can know whether my work will be accepted BEFORE I submit it so I don't have to go through the trouble.
