I kind of like it.... it don't follow the regular dithering.... but I think it's really nice acctaully... especially if its your first pixel art..

well, it must be refined in some aspects, like the dithering of the shadows for example, and unificate the colors... mean, the green you've used between the other two reds it's a bit out of place, i would replace it.

 

did you use a photo as a reference?
