Anyway, maybe the replies you got were a little bit harsh but you can't blame them, we get many topics in the employment forum and many people posting their topic haven't read the rules (like you) and then break the rules. And if almost all employment topics break the rules it might piss some people off so you really can't blame anyone for those replies but yourself

i surely won't apologize, however, i will explain my actions...

you double posted mere hours after you initial post, rather than use the edit button. when someone called you on it, you said you were "replying" to a non-existent message. so i called you on it and locked your thread.

if i had to do it again, would i do it differently? yes, i wouldn't have called you a jack ass, but i still would have locked it. we have rules here, and i follow them. my methods may at times seem harsh and unorthodox, but i treat every violation exactly the same. whether you are new or senior here.

i am going to restrain myself, because i was asked to... but not by much, because i dont mind personal shots at me, but you just went after the whole community.

I'll explain this in a way that all of you can easily understand.

very mature way to start out a complaint. you have had dealings with one person, dont you dare judge the rest of this community by it. i will not have it.

I'm a grown adult who has no intention of causing or being a part of a petty fight. I've been in the both the Army and the Navy for the past 10 years so I've had my fill.

if you had no intention, then you wouldn't have started this thread. YOU are the one that made an unnecessary post when you could have easily used pms/emails to resolve any issues. you could have pmed me, or another admin.

what does the army/navy have to do with this? i was in the navy... and you know what i learned? attention to detail. a fundamental in their training. and if you went in the past few years, you went to NAVSTA great lakes, and i know for a fact that attention to detail is one of the very first lessons they teach there. what's my point? where was your attention to detail? i refuse to believe that someone can be in the service for 10 years and not retain that. the forum rules are clearly marked and posted in several places and in several ways. however, you failed to comply to them.

But please don't expect me to stick around and enjoy your good company while you not only insult me and each other, but fight amongst yourselves setting not only a poor example of yourselves, but the site in general.

i once met a guy at a bar... i knew his whole life story just by looking at him. (psst, that was sarcasm). you have been a member here for one day, and you think you know how we all act and interact? that is a pretty bold statement.

People come here to have fun not be mean and nasty to each other, do they not?

and we do. we also follow rules and guidelines set by the monkey who made this site. its just like any other site.

From my view, thats not what I've seen at all. For whoever owns this site, I'd strongly recommend having a good look at how your site staff conduct themselves and what manner of professionalism you want it to portray.

once again, you were a member for ONE day. you have no right to judge the way this site is ran, nor about those who do run it. you had dealings with one person, me. and i went after you because you failed to follow the rules.

that is how a site is ran. you follow the rules, you get along fine. you violate them, then you run into problems. i am an advocate for new people here. i help as much as i can. my pm box has seen many a pm asking for help, and i have gone out of my way to help out others here. but, as soon as someone violates the integrity of this site, the silk glove comes off to reveal the iron fist. no one is exempt, no one.

I wish you all good luck, but I don't think this community is for me.

(sorry sedge) please, do leave. you made ONE thread in the job section, failed 2 follow 2 simple rules, then you post another thread trying to start an uproar. that is classic ADD right there. a nice cry for attention. then you try judging people that you don’t even know. have you even been anywhere on this site other than the job forum and this forum? you know what, don’t answer that, because it would probably be something like "i have been coming here for years and looking around, but i only registered yesterday", and i don’t want to waste time that would be better spent staring at a wall and waiting for it to speak to me.

if you want to leave, then leave. dont stick around here and try to stir up as much drama as you can before you do, or i will make sure you leave and cant come back here again.

if you want to stay, then stay. just be sure to read the rules this time AND follow them.

	I think both you and Ens took it a bit too seriously. But if you don't wish to stay here any more, that's okay. Hope you find what you're looking for somewhere else. To note, every individual is different, you'll clash with people everywhere you go. You can't judge a community by how one person acts. Good day.
