Well i was working on some pixel art and i'm not to sure if i pressed the wrong button or something but when i try to use the pencil tool on top of another colour it just darkens or lightens the original colour thats there.
Heres an image to show the problem, i hope someone can help me out. ![]() |

You have set the opacity to less that 100%
or On that top menu bar you have the pencil set to 'multiply' or some other gizmo. Double click the 'tool preset' and click back to default if you lose your way ;) |

Thanks Jalonso, it seems stupidly i changed the Pencil mode to Pin Light.
This is now resolved and can be closed if you want. |
