for some reason I cant add a link in gallery submissions or news submissions...  I can however add them in forum posts.  

am I just being stupid or is something wrong?

EDIT:

So I went to your news link using Firefox with the WYSIWYG menu 'on' and it worked just fine (link works). I think is my Safari that has trouble...anyhoo
