Hi everyone,
Company info I am the owner of www.gamemaker.hu the official distributor of Mark Overmars's Game Maker in Hungary. It is a 2 men company atm. Job Info I am looking for a pixel artist to create sprites and images for my next games written in Game Maker, to extend the content of the site. The first project is a not-exact remake of an old platformer: Manic Miner. It won't use the same character, won't create the same levels, won't use the same name. It is only using the logic: gather items to gain exit from the level. Paid or not? and salary info? Paid. I can pay upfront (after work is finished), but since it is not EA these resources are limited. I regard it as a trial work, to find the artist with whom I am able to work together finely in the future. About one project is to be planned in each 6-8 weeks. I plan to have more casual/shareware games in the future. This one, what this topic is about, is not going to be sold, the later games are planned to be. I await price offers for the following, see below. email address pszgabor@easternraider.com pszgabor@gamemaker.hu company website http://www.gamemaker.hu . Actually, it won't be a big help for english speaking people. Since it is meant solely for hungarians, it is in hungarian. previous projects Not many in this area: www.easternraider.com (the only freeware game is done by me: Destroyer 2005 (the others are affiliates), was a 3 days project to test the useability of Game Maker, it is VERY useful) But there are many as a freelance artist ![]() What's need to be done: 4 tile sets containing 6 tiles each, platforms (40x40) 1 main character, about 26 frames of animation (64x64) 5 items, about 15 frames of animation (32x32) 10 monsters, about 30 frames of animation (simple) (64x64) These should be enough to estimate workload and I kindly ask everyone to give a summarized offer for the whole (in USD, EUR or GBP). The payment is transfered via PayPal so PayPal is a must. Peter Edited by gpetersz - 16 May 2007 at 6:49am |
