First off, balloons are more round then flat at the top.

I concur. I didn't even think this was a balloon at first. You might want to use Wiki or Google for reference. Though Wikipedia won't be of much help.

Also, the shading on the nose is only at part of it, it should shade all along the nose, not just the middle part of it.
