   Some of y'all must be already familiar with this group, but for those who don't, you GOTTA check them out.
Not only do these guys play a huge variety of video game themes, they also have some REAL skills. believe me I know a thing or two about music aight :D. and by far not every 'video game' band has sax and violin players :D.

anyway just go to their website http://www.theoneups.com/ and check them out. you can listen to basically all their tracks on their myspace.

yeah go listen to their music and show them some love they deserve it.

(of course I still have to brag and mention that I designed their website and logo. in fact it was me who approached them and asked if I can do some gfx for them, not vice versa :D).

	FYI, on macs the text on the site overlaps itself in many places and is unreadable. I looked at the source to see if I could pinpoint the code error. Even so it might be that the font called is a 'PC' font only as opposed to something more universal like lets say, verdana for sans fonts. The site layout and colors are great, music too.

	can you gimme a screenshot? the band have been updating their site themselves, so they might have messed it up :D hahah and the font IS verdana actually :P! update: to clarify, I only did the theoneups.com (orange) site, I didn't make the oneupstudios.com (mario-like) site which hosts their store etc. so I'm not responsible for any bugs there :D. 	damn man. they've been updating it themselves, I looked quickly in the code and they have left lots of orphan tags. like they for some reason inserted </p> on the end of every news item when there isn't even a single <p>. wtf LOL apparently MSIE and firefox don't mind dirty code like that so I never even noticed :D.

	Oh my goodness, Yoshi's Island - Donut Lifts. With jazzy brass. <3 And Isle de Kirby [!] is equally, if not more, awesome. Proof that video game bands don't have to cover every f**king song in heavy metal style (not that metal isn't awesome) Edit: Oh sweet lord they covered the aquatic theme from Donkey Kong Country. 	Isle De Kirby is what really inspired and motivated me to do some art for these guys :D, I never heard anything like that before.
