	Gday Souly. Looking a little noisy and flat. I say kill the dithering a bit, especially the dark parts within the highlights. Also the brightest highlight is too close in value to the second highlight, I say darken that second highlight colour a bit to differentiate them and add more volume to the bright areas. I reckon rework the eyes a bit too to make them more interesting, possibly make them larger.
