OK so what do I need doing?

I am making a game and I have a title screen that needs to be remastered, below is a sketch I've been using during development but its come to the point where I need to get the graphics done, the image is 800x600x32.

Some information about the screen, as you can see I have used old wooden signs nailed to the support beams or fallen to the floor as buttons, the mine must look old, maybe some cob webs and an old bucket or shovel here and there, the walls of the mine must have little gems poking out, i'll add a glow/sparkle animation to those later in the game.  The lettering on the signs must be seperate from the image as these will highlight in some fasion when moused over, also the title "Gems of the wild west"will need to be seperate from the image.

So for $65 I am looking for some 1 to re-master this image, does not matter how you produce it, a painting, drawing, pixel etc, and to produce a attractive title "gems of the wild west" the gfx style needs to be like many of the casual games out there you can see on bigfishgames.com or alawar.com etc.

Payment will be made via paypal, $30 will be paid on seeing a concept sketch the remaining $35 on completion. total working time is 2 weeks from agreement.
