Image upload failed

Message

This is the second topic I've posted about paint screwing me over when it comes to saving.

Here's my sad story this time:  I was up late last night working on some pixels.  They were probably the coolest things I've made to date*(Paint dosen't screw anything up unless this is the case).  Now that I've captured your interest, allow me to continue.

When I try to open my file (a PNG, if that's important) in paint I get this: 
Paint cannot read this file.
This is not a valid bitmap file, or its format is not currently supported.

When I try to open it in other programs I get something to the effect of:
Failed to open document, hail Satan.

I dont know what my computer's problem is, is there any way can trick it into opening my picture?  It dosen't seem to mind opening anything else, if that's important.

*I say that for dramatic effect, it's really just a few plants.
I did work hard on them though D:

	I just tried to cleverly fool my computer by uploading the picture to photobucket, and simply copypasting back into paint, and here's what I get: Image upload failed Upload failed for elements.PNG with error: Invalid file type: So, photobucket is a little more polite about it than my computer is, but it's still not what I need.

	Yikes, it sounds like your file got corrupted somehow. Not sure what you can do about it. Can you upload it somewhere else so we can take a look at it? You could zip it and upload it to RapidShare or MegaUpload, for example. Someone might be able to open it.

	Holycrap, I actually had most of it saved somewhere else(which I did by mistake, actually, that's why I forgot it was there) Some of it's still missing, but the good part still exists. Thanks anyways :) Edited by AdrianJensen - 14 July 2007 at 1:50pm
