While this is quite an improvement on your other portrait WIP, still the same issues appear.

Forehead too small
Missing eyebrows
Needs more contrast

While the last one can be a matter of taste and trial+error, it's something to think about.

Other issues: 
Shoulders too small and too round
Torso too narrow, which can be fixed by fixing the shoulders.
Missing hair?
Eyes are really big
