I don't need tiles, just a good tutorial on how to make them...like how to move a sprite from one to another tile. how big must the tiles be?
where do I start? Making a texture like dirt or just with the sprites? It's my first game, so I like some knowhow. Thank you... |

Have you checked the Pixel Art Tutorial Thread? It's just north of this thread. As in just a bit over a decimeter. The search function is also handy and isn't much farther. Nor is the tutorials section of the links page on the main site. Just a few clicks away.

I just added a great tile and RPG link to the main gallery. Its fantastic. Sadly, I'm being lazy so you'll have to go there on your own.
