Pretty groovy and logoish. Maybe if you changed the color's it'd look less like a Black power symbol. XD Unless, that's what you're going for.

I suggest shorting the red circle in the back and making it wider also. The lighting is pretty groovy pixelwork and some words might be interesting. :)
