You need the proper program in order to do so. Atm you're using MSPaint i'm guessing, and it won't work. Try photoshop, paint shop pro .... etc, something along those lines. The saving process may be complicated but once you get your head around it (i can't really help you in any more detail, someone else probs will) you'll be sorted.
