usually, a golem is made of blocky, rought parts of stone. notice i said "usually". in this case, he appears to be made of dirt, and has his head sligthy pushed foward. the tendons that are visible on the neck aren't that necesary(since we are speaking of a golem with humanoid shape but no human anatomy = no bones, muscles or tendons), making him look more like a statue rather than a golem itself.
