Hmm yes, I deleted the post, 'cause I got unsure about what the dog I've made is... It's the same dog as in the banner I posted in the team ^^

Whatever dog this one most looks like :P I have a dog myself, and that is a black lab, but I don't really know if I made this look enough like that xD

Ahh, and it's 28 colours ^^

it looks like u traced.i know you said you sucked at drawing real life animals, but it dosnt mean you have to trace it. My advice:
before pixelling , try to sketch that picture on a peice of paper , just making 3cm x 3cm  thumbnails or even a  whole sticky note multiple  of time to get used to it. Then try again without looking at the picture or ur thumbnails  and see what u can come up with, then scan it and pixel it using the picture as a reference.

thats how i did mine anyway.

a camera maybe, ask the neighbor, go to an internet cafe ( the one near me has a scanner ) there is always a way. You can not escape.
