Pixel Joint Forum: Piece Rejected

   Hello. 
I've recently posted two pieces of pixel art that are fruit studies. Unfortunately, I used digital references and took my colours from those images and subsequently have had one of the two images declined from the gallery (http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixelart/27589.htm).

I'm hoping that a moderator might look at this post and decide that the piece should be permitted.

To clarify, I didn't trace, paint over or colour reduce and I put in each pixel individually on both pieces. Here is a thread and particular post in pixelation that may help convince these entries to be genuine pixel art:

	If a piece is rejected posting a link to it will do no good, we won't see anything, all we'll see is a "PIXEL NEEDS REVISION" message. Personally I like. But I dunno, guess we'll wait for the others to weigh in on this.

	It does look like a redux at first glance, but your progress etc. is convincing and your other work is of a similar skill level. I think the mod just thought it looked suspicious, but your link should be enough to clear up the problem once this topic gets some mod's attention.

	I put these back in the gallery for you. Thanks for posting the link to the WIP thread at Pixelation. I don't know who rejected these but oh well.

	Indeed our apologies to you for these two pixels. I am guilty of sending the banana back but not the apple. In my defense at the time you did not post the Pixelation thread which clearly shows its pixelart validity. I hope you take this as flattering that the are taken as reductions. It really is a compliment in the case of these pixels. I already PMd an apology to you. Resubmit please : )
