I'm as you can see and please do not give me the noob treatment I do not respect that at all even if I dissevered it.

It's my first work so I'm a little worried...what should  I do...just strait  ask for critique?.....how does one go about getting it?...and how long should I wait?

If you're planning on working on it more, i suggest you make your own thread for the piece in the WIP section of the forum. The members will give you their critique to help you improve there. You can get critique for finished pieces in the gallery but getting it in the forum is a much better idea, you'll get more replies and be able to track your progress easily.

Recieving critisism can take anything from a few minutes to a day or two (any longer than that and i'd bump the thread with a small update to attract people again). Taking into account what people say quickly and trying your best to update your piece will get more people commenting, because they know their comments will be put to good use.

Good luck, and welcome to the forums!

N00b=An idiot with a low IQ. Stupid, lazy, ignorant.

Newb=Someone who is new to something and wishes to learn.

As Larwick already said, WIP section, we'll be more than happy to help out.

It's generally a good idea to wait at least 24 hours before asking for help again.

n00b (according to me) = A new PJ member that is undergoing the training of 'our ways' for a while. Always used lovingly and never with malice/disrespect.
