I would love to keep working on this little guy to get it looking like everybody else's stuff. All of you have mad skills compared to this thing XD.

So please any help would be nice. Please take it easy on crits as I can get very touchy sometimes.. ;)

well you shouldn't be touchy and ask for critique at the same time :D
This is actually nice. first of all you need highlights. do you remember the devil from cow&chicken? he looked very glossy. I think you can try this effect.
btw what are these gray things sticking from his back?
The flapping of the ears looks weird cause only the top parts move and the bottom stay the same.

The grey parts are his wings.. I didn't know really what to do as far as an animation type thing. XD

I do remember Cow and Chicken alittle bit, whatever did happen to that show :(

As for his ears don't ask XD Only a part of his ears move. XD We can fix that someway..

I think the highlights will greatly benefit it.
The eyes look weird, but I don't know what you can do about them.
and the wings are... well, weird.

I think you should replace the black outlines in darker red (for the devil), and darker grey for his wings =]
