Hey, I'm new to pixel art and PixelJoint. I was wondering if there are any good starting tutorials for beginners with Photoshop, and what  are good things to know before I get started. All help is appreciated.

there is an extensive list of tutorials in the tutorials section at the main site... also there is a thread with tutorials in this category as well.
