Yeah. Is that a problem... it didnt create un needed colours.

I really like the last one (except for the text, which is awful). I personally couldn't care less if you used partially transparent layers in its case, but I'm probably in the minority.

Anyhow, as for the others, I'd pick one specifically that you want to improve, and I'd pick one that has recognizable forms and such (the Mario mockup and the human), rather than one of the abstractions. It will make it a lot easier for others to provide you with useful critique.
