This is the head of a grim reaper I'm doing. I'll do the body later. So tell me what you think on it. Critic etc.

It is beginning to take shape. My main question is how real do you want this to look? It could work as a very stylized cartoon but I think it has potential to be somewhat accurate too. The human head is a complex series of bones and you might benefit from looking at a picture. Try a Google image search and see if you want to draw a more accurate figure. Do know that this head will not work in a mechanical sense but again I don't know how expressionistic you want to go with this. The shading is slightly inconsistent too. You can have your light source in the front but it will be very hard to loose the "pillow shading" effect. I would advise that you put your light source at an non orthographic angle to the face. Many people like to use a sort of 45 degree angle to really show off the contours of a subject when when adding shading and light reflections.Take a look at how the jaw and the head form the mouth and how the shape looks in lit conditions.
