Hey all,
I must say first that Iam trying to be one of the pixelartists, and I hope this is good enough for here ![]() I know it's a little bit small, but Iam learning and maybe later I make a bigger pixelartwork ![]() ![]() Greets, "Vinnie" |

I love the ground, it's quite spiffing, but I think a teensy bit more contrast is needed... and there's something wrong with the angle of her wings relative to the angle of her body; we're seeing her in profile, but her wings are 3/4 view. They also seem to turn greyish at the tips;
is this a layer with modified opacity, or just their colouring?
Some more AAing would be great, and it'd be a wonderful practice piece for it if you aren't accustomed to doing so. I recommend a thorough read of this AA tutorial. I'm also not sure if I'm digging the brown/grey tones in her skin. Ooh, and changing the outline colour of the rest of the ground to coincide with the shading as well. You probably were planning to do that, this is just a vote of confidence XD I do wonder about the light source; since the moon is on the left, is something illuminating her from the other side? If not, and you don't want to change the shading too dramatically, you could always move the moon. Anyhow, just spouting. Mostly what this piece needs is refinement, not major editing that I can see. |
