Okay, as a beginner in pixel art, I can't make the best of quality sprites and images for my games. That is why I am asking someone to make me a decent sprite around the size of 100*70 or so, no smaller than 40*30. If you could help me get started on how to make a decent overview of a tank, then I would be so pleased.

On a personal view, i would advise you not to go along this route. Make something yourself instead and ask for critisisms to help you improve.
