Tiltfactor, a social activist, not-for-profit game design lab in New York City, is looking for a graphic designer and animator for a lighthearted Flash puzzle game that explores some inequalities in the U.S. job market, particularly layoff rates among certain job sectors.

Short background on the game:
- In the game, there is a 10x10 grid with a random assortment of workers placed on it, represented by icons. The player tries to line up three or more like workers on a grid. The workers on the grid are represented by icons of their faces and/or body. The game itself plays similar to Bejeweled.

What we are looking for:
- We are looking for a graphic designer who specializes in isometric pixel art and animation to create fun and detailed people icons representing the various workers in the game.

- These worker icons need to be small enough to fit on the 10x10 grid, yet detailed enough to discern one worker from the next (i.e. Farmer, Teacher, Steel worker, etc.) The icons will also need to be animated to give each worker, and the overall game, some personality and various reactions (grunting, frowing, smiling, laughing, etc.)

- An illustrated example of the type of pixel art we are looking for is linked here:

Thanks!
