I also found Natalies story very interessting, I had no time back then though.
however I started with this one, we'll see if I manage to finish it in time...

I guess there will be many who interpret the right upper lines as a spider... I did as well.

beginning the process of colouring of the picture.
It is a "monster child" who does not want to vaccinate xD

lost the white, and the little dithering i had, muted a few other colors and started on the platform and other misc. refinements. might be able to get this down to 32 colors if i tried, but i don't know if its worth the effort

Great Setzer....cant wait to see the finished product...but something about the laser beam seems weird to me. I don't know why. It stands out to much like its floating a little. I wouldn't know how to go about fixing it, maybe not make it as wide or something, it kind of seems like the base of the beam is larger than the source its coming from. And where it makes contact with the ground also seems floaty. Maybe some rubble or smoke at the point of impact would bring what looks like 2 different layers together. But I can see it is far from done, and you may have already had that planned.

I wouldn't expect to be a he with that name(please no).

I submitted mine. I really hope she gets to look at all these. Except Peach's

c'mon you're half way there and its looking good >:(

I got way behind, this is th best I got, I am ashamed I barely finished the solid color, I didn't get any shading, details(which are needed all over) But I plan to make a story an octopus she saw in the desert that fell off a truck but I didn't even get to a sky, let alone the truck, desert sand, faded highway, or a cool sun wavy disort thing. And the presective I tried to add just made the octopus look huge and the whole scene unproportional. Idk if I will come back to fix it later, probably not though.
