currently the preview images in the homepage boxes (latest and weekly images submitted) have the <img> tag with an "alt" attribute set. this is ok. but, just to improve the usability of the site, why don't you add a "title" attribute with the same content of the "alt" (ie. the title of the image) as long as it is usually displayed as a tooltip when you place the mouse over the image.
