Not bad, but here are my crits:

-Skin too brown/saturated.  A little bit more contrast might help as well
-The shoulders are too square.  He looks tense.
-There seems to be banding around his chest area.
-The suit is a little to grey, I think you could use some desaturated blues and still give the impression that it's a grey outfit.
-His legs bow out at the knees and then again at the ankles.  Not a very menacing stance.

I like your gallery and your character design is good and the color choices are also good. One thing I don't like is all the mirroring you use.
