Just did a quick sketch of a woman. She's supposed to have a little bit fuller figure and a little bit cartoonish. Let me know what you think!

I resized it to 50% of the original. I also cleaned the blue lines.
I tried a different approach this time by working with 3 basic shades, instead of starting with a outline first. I hope this works out ^^.

I have no experience with anatomy, but here is my two cents:

The following post is based on the assumption that this is a 'model' and not a specific woman (fit and slim, vs *ahem healthy?) please also note that i'm going off of Ambient's edit, as it is closer to true anatomy.

1 she's too short, more specifically her torso is stubby compared to her legs and arms.
2. breasts are a little disproportioned, its hard to tell because of the shading. I would suggest adding another color below them just so there can't be any size disputes.
3. her hips are a little high on her torso, but that should be fixable when you beef up the torso.
4. her right leg seems too stiff, perhaps angling it slightly? (not too much)
5. her left leg (our right) the foot dosen't reach the ground, and is in general smaller than the rest of the leg, and disproportional to the rest of the body.

I hope this helps! I may be back later with an edit, i'm not sure if i'll have the time tho.

She needs a good stretch:

I did an edit on the face, the breasts , her left leg (our right).
I wanted to say I'm aiming for a more full figure, a more plump look.
I don't want her to look like a mannequin, super tall and skinny.
(So I don't think we should stretch her to much)
However, I did make the torso itself a little longer.
She's not entirely facing us, but her right side (our left) is a little bit more to the front, as you know what I mean?

I think, even if you're looking to make a curvy woman, you need to have the torso be a little wider. Right now it's the size it would be for a skinny girl.

heres my (extremely) sketchy take on it

though perhaps not quite the type of figure you want.
7 heads is reasonable for a short person.  I think yours is about 6.

Edit: I made her a little taller and the torso a little wider.

Your subject lacks solid foundation -- you want to lock in steady shapes and perfect the anatomical build through simple-to-complicated construction, starting with a wireframe and lines referencing flow of the body (in this case, done kinda poorly by me, the backbone and lines of hte legs).

Reference poses similar to the one you are aiming for, and pay attention to how weight-bearing limbs act.

Study muscle groups.

Always keep in mind that your subject is standing on a plane and make sure that that plane is the same for each foot.

Learn the basic shapes and forms that make up the human figure.

So, you're saying I should start over again completely?
I never seem to manage to get something finished. My self esteem is dropping by the minute. The seldom moments I think I have a little bit inspiration it turns out all wrong. :(

I've tried the line things, but it never worked out for me. That's why I started just with a general shape. Not good either.

Maybe I should get a book on anatomy first? I know a shop who has books over 200 pages of anatomy for 30 Eur or so. I guess I'll drop by then.

I want to make clear it's not you guys and I appreciate your help. But since I'm not able any longer to attend the academy of arts, It's so hard for me to achieve anything arty, because I lack structure and discipline. I want to take some general art lessons, but I can't find a tutor who's available when I am.
My college has this weird hours, so I can't manage to attend art class. *Grmbl*

Some tips to help me further on my own?
I've considered taking an online course, but haven't found any decent one.
By the way I'm into all kinds of art, also acrylic painting, ceramics (but don't know where I can get my sculptures backed), drawing, pixel art,...

Starting over at this point isnt that bad.  Besides its something you might need to get used to.  When making a drawing its not uncommon to move stuff around and redraw things, you ussually dont just get it perfect right away.  sometimes youll do 100 bad drawings before you make 1 good one.  I know that may sound discouraging, but its meant to be the opposite.  I just mean that what youre going through isnt abnormal and you shouldnt let it discourage you.  Getting an anatomy book is a good place to start and drawing from life will help you.  If you cant find a life drawing class or session to sit in on you could always bring a sketchbook to a park or something and draw people who are sitting still, or see if friends will pose for you. Remember that art is something you improve at over a life time, progress may be slow, so you just got to keep pushing on.  Each peice you work on is a learning proccess, dont focus so much on a finished product as just a learning process at this point.  Did I fit enough encouraging one-liners into my post?

Well thank you. I've bought myself a 100 Eur inspiration & courage today. I couldn't resist going to my favorite bookstore getting a book of anatomy. It has become a big one of 600 pages of human and animal anatomy, with wonderful examples for only 10 Eur. But the problem is I couldn't leave the store without taking some other wonderful books too. That's the whole in my hand. 30 Eur becomes 100 when it comes to spending money. Oops...But it's a common problem with women, only with me it's not on clothes but on gadgets, books and other fun stuff ^.^
Just for info on my list were also:
"Gothic art" Which is a unique collection of all sorts of Gothic art (modern & older art) from artist all around the world.
"Pixie manual" tutorial on how to draw pixies and other fantasy figures, with wonderful illustrations in it.
"300 tips for acrylic painting" Well all kinds of painting techniques, very interesting.
"Art nouveau", "Symbolism", "Dalí" to polish up my general knowledge of art, and for getting inspired by.
"Create your own dream house" is about design inside and outside the house, lovely do-it-yourself book and manual!
"The secret code" it's about the proportions within nature science and art. I think I can discover a law within math that can makes art actually good art.

Well, you sure got some serious reading! That is, except the last one, haha - says the rationalist skeptic.

Anyway, don't get discouraged, it's just that drawing humans is by far more difficult than anything else.
Don't forget to do other stuff once in a while, it's fun too, and still life or landscapes are just as good to learn composition, perspective, shading; all things you'll have to consider when drawing humans anyway.

I've tried the line things, but it never worked out for me. That's why I started just with a general shape. Not good either.

If I understand you right, there are 2 different things here.
One is anatomy, where it is recommended to start by stick figures, as Stepdragon explained; this is to help build the figure.
The other is pixelling (or drawing or sculpting), where it is recommended to start by blocking shapes, in this case meaning instead of outlines. This helps build the drawing.
So, the way to go is stick figure first, over which you block shapes. Outlines come last, if any.

Of course, many artists draw line art first, too.

I look forward to your next gothic pixie in an art-nouveau dream house!
