Hello this is a WIP project im workin on called didgas adventure. Im good at programing in flash and i want to do more work on the game but i just cant find the motivation. i know the sprites might be kind of big but i wanted to draw them bigger for this game. you guys know of any ways or methods where i can find motivation?

i think u should size it down to at least half the size or even smaller
right now i see no need to make this in pixels..
it just looks messy and cleaning this up seems like a lot of work ..

I know that. And to me, that's super impressive, it's just the size is so large, you don't really see pixels much, just the lines they make up

I think it is a bit large but I don't really care I really like the style and what you have done here. I would say to try and make it a bit smaller next time though.

yes It has heavy inpiration from that. that scene was so beautiful. my version of it doesnt look so well but I gave it a try

The run animation isnt convincing. The leg movements I assume is still just half of the actual animation, but why the Sonic The Hedgehog arms? People don't run like that, and he's not leaning forward enough to look like he's leaning into a really fast sonic-speed run where that kind of run almost makes sense.

Also, the vast amounts of black interior lines muddle up the art. It would be a lot clearer and cleaner using dark shades rather than black.

edit: like the enemy sprite in the mockup. That one's interior is a lot easier to understand. Why does that one look completely different from the rest?

Men, I'm helpless and impotent on expressing of this project could be something BIG if you reduce the resolution at least 50%, but I would reduce it 25%.

This is very good stuff, I like it very much, but it absolutely needs the reducing of the resolution or it is going nowhere, I feel it, please, please, please, promise me you will at least think about it and consider it.

I've never seen something like this, this project it's gonna be **VERY** good if you reduce the resolution, but if you don't...

EDIT: Also I feel you should reduce the colour count. How many colours are you using now?
