Hello, I received the following message from the system:

"Revision required for Tron Golem

REASON: We're sorry to inform you that your submission does not meet our quality standards or the art needs revision for some miscellaneous reason.

This is not to say you cannot resubmit the piece in the future after revising it. We encourage you to participate in our forums which include a Work in Progress (WIP) category. This is a great opportunity to gain knowledge and feedback for your pixel pieces before submitting them for approval on the main site.

If you feel this is a mistake please post a FRIENDLY message in the Resources/Support section of the forum and we'd be happy to discuss it with you. Responses to this issue within the gallery site will be ignored."

But I do not know what's wrong, the submission is this:
http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixelart/76310.htm

And the picture is this:

Could you help me?

As posted by manupix and more than 1 report sent in about the same thing:

Semitransparency makes this strongly NPA, as evidenced by the 70 colors and uncontrolled auto dithering patterns from the anim software.

You could achieve this better and nicer by careful hand-picking of colors in the fading frames, without the lazy semitransp.

---
Any 'tool' used that generates any form of non-human control on the pixel level or is CG in nature will normally invalidate a piece in the PJ gallery. This includes semi-transpancies and other tweaks where the app 'adds' for you. Some exceptions are possible and all art is based on a case by case basis.
Here you had the benefit of the doubt but we all knew reports would come in about it. Do you understand?

AAAH, Now I get it, so I must delete, redo and resubmit without the use the tool?

Note: I only used the tool to decrease or increase the brightness.

Yes that's enough to make it uncool for the gallery.
FYI, this type of hybrid pixelart is cool and often made. Its just the PJ gallery wants pure pixels, k. Many often will upload the pure pixel version and add, as a link, in the description to the hybrid pixel version.
In your case where you are still learning making pure pixels is the best teacher because it forces you to improve on manual techniques and is the main reason we don't allow them. We don't allow them from those more experienced because then its unfair to the new artists ;)

Go to that page hit the 'edit it' link and upload update then hit the submit button so we can add back in your gallery.

Don't get bent out of shape.
Its very common for people to lose their cool when their art gets a revision notice. This time you asked, I explained, you understood. I'm sure shampoop was surprised to see this happen quick and easy. That he posted is proof.

LOL. kk
I do not usually lose my cool.

Leveraging the topic, could someone tell me the schedules that the arts are approved in the gallery?

There is no schedule at all. Some art get accepted quickly others take time. Some art may have pending issues, questions or slow member voting.

Note that Mods generally try to approve no more than 7 pieces at a time so everyone gets front page exposure and Mods are artists too not 'workers'. We try to update and upkeep all the time but we'd rather be pixelling too.

If a piece of yours gets stuck in the queue just ask any Mod for feedback. If someone sends in 20 pieces and they are new members and your piece is in the middle of the flood it will get lost in the pile so sometimes sh*t happens.
