Its look great and you can clearly tell its frostmourne, but it doesnt look very frosty, it looks like its thawing out, was that your intent?

I like it, but the black outline doesn't work here. I think changing it for darker versions of the tones will help a lot, specially for the blade.

I wanted to make just the base sword, and then add some animated frost/mist effects. Btw, I replaced the black outline, thanks for that suggestion, that makes the sword better I think.

The outline on the grey parts (the blade, and the stuff on the handle) needs to be darker, like the other outlines. Right now the grey parts look "soft" to me.

Avoiding black here is the right decision I feel, but the color still needs to be darker than what you have now I think.
