Problems with the abdomen, hands, and the bicep of the left arm (our right), and the same shoulder.

I think you need to add a little more shading to the top of the left bicep. Apart from that, i think everything looks ok

Thanks. I fixed it up a little, with the help of my friend PippySaid.
We noticed that one of the arms looked as if it was dislocated..

I think he means that your muscles lack definition. You need to show how the tendons would run through them.
