Here is a challenge.

Go to one of those pages go to the article of your national flag and get the pallete your country flag and the aspect ratio.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flags_of_micronations
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gallery_of_sovereign-state_flags
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flags_of_dependent_territories
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flags_of_unrecognized_and_partially_recognized_states

Now create a picture (any picture that you want), the picture need to have the same aspect ratio that your flag has and the pallete need to have all the colors that are on your flag, you can not use aditional colors.

Minimum size :width and height 100px
Transparency: If your flag has only one color, you will need to use transparency, if your flag has more than one colour you will not be able to use transparency.

PS: If the obverse side of your country flag has different colors than the reverse you will need to use the obverse colors and the reverse colors.
PS: If you are from nepal just make a picture with the same aspect ratio and use transparency in the place that would have nothing in your flag.

So we have to take the colors from our nations flags and creat a picture with those colors? Something like that?

And the pic can be anything, just as long as you use those colors?

Yes. You need to create a picture that use all the reverse and the obverse colours of your flag (if the flag has only colour you will need to use transparency) and has the same aspect ratio. The pic can be anything.

Here is france as a sunny afternoon on the beach... not really an easy palette and I should have made it bigger... but well.
Looks somewhat like an Apple][ palette without black, actually...
