Hello all, I'm completely left-brained and can't do anything but programming, and from my experience, programming + no art = no game. I'm trying to get out of the habit of making games in the normal Flash IDE and moving myself towards Flixel.

I'm only just learning it, but I'm learning pretty fast but it's hard to when I don't have any artistic foundation to build it upon. I'm looking for someone that's pretty good at pixel art (side scrolling style preferably) that would be interested in partnering with me. I don't have any money to offer upfront, but any sponsorships or ad revenue would be split 50/50. (I got a $1000 sponsorship from Newgrounds for my last game last month).

So if anyone's interested, I'd really appreciate it. Again, it might take a little while to get things moving because I haven't practiced with Flixel as much as I had with anything using ActionScript 2, but I'm learning much faster than I did when I started.

I've already found someone willing to do pixel art for me, but who knows, he might not turn out to be what I'm looking for so I appreciate the interest. If I ever do end up needing someone else, I'll keep in touch on here. :D
