I'm working as a web developer and graphician, used to work with GIMP and Inkscape. Finally I found the time to step into pixel art (well, it was several years ago when I was using DPaint on my beloved Amiga500/600 :( so I don't count it)

Hey all, I'm Tim, I work on the V40k sprites for vassal but want to expand my knowledge and skills!

Hey folks!  My name is Chungel, I'm almost 15 (July), and I am a complete nub to pixel art.  I seriously haven't pixeled a single thing in my life.  After my friend referred me to an image made by eBoy, I did a little research and found out it was called pixel art, and that eBoy's art was something called isometric.  Wanting to learn how to make such awesome images, I ended up here, as well as Pixelation (same username).  

Er... A little about myself: I'm a Minnesotan, I'm a band geek, and... I enjoy watching movies.

Hopefully I'll learn a lot here, and maybe make a few friends too.  :)

I'm Kumiko, or Beatrice, real name is Nastya, and I'm from Russia, Moscow. I'm not new for pixel art and I started pixel when I was 11 or 12 (in this year I'll be 17!).
I'm studying in school the final year, and also I'm studying in art school (yeah, I want become an artist).
I love art, anime, power metal and j-rock, Devil May Cry&Final Fantasy 7, dogs, Japan and Germany.
My dream is to draw comixes or cartoons and live until I'll be 121 years old)))

Hey guys, I'm Mr. Gimmick. I design sprites, character portraits, backgrounds, and characters for NES games. MS paint is my favorite artists tool :), although I also enjoy traditional art such as drawing, painting, and sculpting. An intruduction thread! ha, dident notice it intill now, and have already been viewing PJ for about a month now. Better to be late then never come.

Im Claes Eriksson from Sweden 21 years old. Just finished my art deiploma in fine arts painting in Singapore, and am now still stationed there. Planing to continue studying in Sweden next year in computre grafics and design, as that is what my greater intrests is, that I also realiced after my two years here.

I have always love old games, and have never really been able to show the same love to new games, as I did to the old pixel grafics ones... Did not know about the vast pixelart comunity that existed, intill i joined up with two programers from danmark to creat a pixelstyle game, and I thought I should give pixelart a shoot. They showed me PJ and i was STUNED! never thought that I would meet so many like minded pepole on one place. Now I am stuck here :) and happy to be so.

Otherwise, I am now a slowly practicing artist in Singapore, have done a few exibitions and right now working on a Workshop for the Singapore Biernale.

Hope learn from this comunity and also add things on my own that can help and inspire others! cheers to all, and a big Swedish: Hej!
