I'm Yuji, and I am 23 years old. I am a Master's student in Computer Science in Japan. Around 4.5 years ago I started learning art for making games, but I am still not very good at it though.

I will practice as much as I can and post what I draw in here!

Hi!  I'm Teresa and I am 25.  I just finished my undergrad degree in art and am at that point in my life where I don't know what to do with myself.  I do a lot of things but don't have a specialty yet and decided to take up pixel art.  I'm also a huge MST3K fan if there would happen to be any MSTies around here.

ive been using pixeljoint for bout year or two but new to the forums, i still get the tracking error problem but its on and off now so yeah. i use pixelation the people are nice there but pixeljoint is where my blood lies.

ive been pixeling since i was like 8 or so so that would be ummmm 13-8 ummmmm (i actually am struggling) 5! am i right?

well yeah ever since ive started ive been ripped into by the sweet people of you and still do but ive become more mature and now im like good at pixelling and now people find it hard to criticize me, or just to afraid (im guessing this by the way, because i never get replies in wips)

Hi, I am Zaneeba. I'm new here, as you can plainly see.

I am 18 years old and have been "spriting" for a good couple of years. I have done some of my own sprites, but never set out to fully learn the art until recently. With a Mac and all, I couldnt really make video games, since GameMaker wasn't made for Mac. But now, since they ARE making a version for the Mac, I have decided to dedicate my time and effort on learning pixel art.

I have been basically studying pixel art for... gosh... about two days.

But I do already have a pretty nice looking sprite, and his head bobs up and down (Violently, because i haven't fully figured out the animation thingy majig yet.)

I uh... also have done concept art for the occasional Modding game... and I have done some other art like work on rare occasions. I am just a cartoonist though, so dont expect SUPER AWESOME POWERFUL SPRITES like I've already seen here on this website. I might do some nice detail work, but that isnt until I figure out how to animate things better.

Sadly I can not view any more art on your website.
You seem to know a lot about drawing, but you really have to learn refining and coloring. Luckily, we can teach you ;)

Hello! I'm TrevorCross or just call me Patrick.
I new to this forum, but I've been in the pixel/sprite game for awhile. I just have a few question before I begin.

Most of my works consist of custom fanart of video game characters, but not edits. Is that acceptable? What are the boundaries?

I generally do sprite sheets(I never post full ones do to stealing though), what are the views on that?

That's about it...

So like I said. I've been in the game for awhile, but I'm not the best. I'd like to at least believe I'm a decent artist though. I sprite characters that are of my own imagination, and well known characters. I play guitar, skateboard, and sprite(duh).

Here's an idea of what I do.

If I am in the wrong place, could you kindly point me in the right direction? It'd be much appreciated.

Hey, I'm Shrike  (I'm using an old account, so mainly you'd know me as Shrike from Pixelation even though my name says Coran), I'm 13 years old.  I've gotten my only pixel training from the awesome, nice people on Pixelation, and I've been drawing since I could hold a pencil.  Pixelart isn't that new, but I've been serious about it for only last two years.  But I've been doing it for a while.  I love art and take a lot of classes and take it seriously.

I live in the U.S. (in Illinois), and I would describe myself as tall, maybe slightly annoying, funny (in a really strange way) with dark blonde hair.  Definetly a visual, intellectual sort of person.
Intrests:
Food, Art (Not Abstract, usually it's ugh sometimes it's good), a good laugh and a deep, interesting conversation, Animation, watching Batman The Dark Night, People, Life, Fire and Spacing Out, Dancing and Family. And maybe school.
Dislikes:
Complaining, Club Music (Sometimes; I like stepmania (not DDR), but almost always I prefer tribal world music), Inauthenticity, Unneccisarily Mean People, Television, Mushrooms On Pizza (I'd eat anything else), Emoness, Gothness.
