You might want to make the transition on the top left a bit more lengthly, Looks nice so far anyhow.
Jal you can incorporate this explosion? I would also like to not have so bright wings they should be dark and war torn like my one, no puff the magic dragons, needs moar spook. Edited by Limes - 09 October 2014 at 12:58pm |

@Gecimen; thank you for clarifying. I am glad there is an additional strong light source to the north-west of my tile for otherwise, most of it would be covered in darkness (even with that lightsource, I think there is still almost 50% darkness).
#11 wip update, transitions to neighbours seem good now, just have to think of something interesting to put into the tile now:
edit: Silly me... why don't I just add another lightsource to my own tile, like torches on that wall for example... yeah, I think I'll try that. Edited by Dennis - 10 October 2014 at 1:19am |

@aeveis; This is an amazing tile imo.
@dennis; If a place isn't sunlit, it doesn't always mean it's completely dark. |

Okay, I was just planning on using the negative space there as it is.. but I can make it look more finished tomorrow. Maybe I'll use that violet color.

I think they are within reason and necessary for the transition to the destruction beam tile. If they are strictly forbidden though, I'll try to make it work without transparency. |

@Pandora'sSecret: Are those clouds supposed to be behind or in front of the right wall? Looks a bit unclear there. If they are behind it, darkening their lower ends a bit might help with the readability.

@Pandora'sSecret; this turned out very nice! Apart from what Dennis said, the right wall and the ground should be lighter as per the direction of the light source.

Update to #78
![]() Issues with #53 @Limes #1 is real ugly and serves nothing. What is the pink tone supposed to be, AA? #3 Your explosion where it is too likely to cover my scene in a way that makes sense. I do not want to move this area or cover it at all. Notice the black lines show where the building falls into your tile. Please adjust that. I think you can move the explosion lower (blue area) so that it makes sense in space and not being shot from a bathroom. Its cool if I need to bring your explosion into both the bathroom and the dragon tile. #2 are the 3 black birds and these I can move if needed. ![]() @aeveis. What is the area with #4 ? @Jal; thanks for the quick update btw. The lower left side is really looking cool atm.
@Zadaben; It's safe for you to start now. @Limes; I've put your dragon tile but you see, you will have to either lower the explosion by ~15 pixels or just make it smaller so that it doesn't destroy Jal's bathroom. Also I agree Jal that the circular silo-like thing is quite irrelevant, and #38 will be a very hard tile this way. I did some edits according to the new neighbors: ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Will do jal. I can easily get rid of the explosion (no matter how much I love it *sniff*)
Yeah that makes sense I was just filling in space with that curvy bit there, I will adjust it so it actually makes sense. |

You don't have to get rid of it. It looks great and you can either; * Lower it down and I'll do my part. * Make it to another tile. Btw, needless to say your part of the dragon looks great as well. Good job there @Dennis; your tile reminds me of one of the Conan movies where he made love to a witch. @Levaunt; it's coming interesting... I can already imagine the tentacle breaking out of the wall like a chestburster :) Edited by Gecimen - 11 October 2014 at 5:00pm |

@Limes, its a good idea and looks cool, the explosion, but it should make sense. Both were its coming from and what its shooting at.
What is it shooting at anyhow...my headless horseman :( You could place it in the corner shooting to the left in the direction of the dragon? You can leave the ground green as it is. If you see my WIP I'm just going to make some swirls to look like shallow water where the horse will be. If you make an explosion facing that way then I can make the horse face it, k. |

@||||, its a great looking tile as is but I have two questions.
Why not bring the plant things on the bottom edge to a more scattered/dinamic graphic form. Instead of a horizontal line? If the character is a ghost (that's what it looks like to me) then he looks a bit too opaque. Maybe have the lines of the boat across the character? updates to #37 & #87 ![]() ![]() Edited by jalonso - Today at 3:28pm |

I know it's kind of odd with the floaty boat and all, but was following Clownaroud's side-view cut/ diagram view type thing; see: ![]() I like the idea of making him a ghost and tried making him less opaque but it just looked odd. I reckoned that place was cross section as in the next tile. I think it seems consistent at the moment.
I think the guy rowing to the edge of the world and into seaweed-worms is a fine theme. If every tile involved a movie theme, we would have a really crowded image at the end with tons of characters. Also these made-up themes bring some imagination to the collab. Main image updated. |

But, maybe if I added in a yellow highlight to his flesh he would appear more solid.. think I should? To make him transparent or ghosty just simplify all the pixelling on him and emphasize the lines of the boat behind him and on the seat. I made a very crude edit of that. The horizontal line I was talking about was not that line you drew. I meant on the bottom of the tile where all the plant things are. I just meant break it up a bit down there. You can easily blend into the neighbor tile by adding 1 or 2 of his rocks on your end. Just ideas, not orders, k. Notice I did say your tile is great already Cept, the rocks in your tile to blend into the neighboring tile. That I think is needed at the very least. ![]() E: Oh!
