i have joined PJ from 07, but then I got some Global moderator UNPAID *cough* labor job (in one manga forum), I got busy with my desk job and forget about PJ, until I got to see my abandoned Pixel Art fonder in my HD.

I love Pixel art, I have a many reasons why I love pixel art.
one of it was I dont have graphic pen (people call it tablet), still working with mouse now. u can see my Gallery at http://Tipleloop.Deviantart.com   most pic was pixelart though..

Oh I forgot to tell u that I new in the world of pixel..
often make mistake... got many unapprove pixel in my PJ gallery
Use too much colors, got some Revision warnings TT^TT
I still need to learn more... please guide me DX (I want to become pixel artist)

I often mistaken as a man and I hate that coz sometimes they ar rude and mock me... I hate fighting (some mambers does flaming in my forum) but they said I'm chicken out under the name of women....

Nothing easy... really. Just start making sprites of all kinds after reading the basic tutorials. You'll pick things up automatically over time. Don't be afraid to share your works even if they look like total crap, everyone starts somewhere.

Hi All, My name is Jason although most people call me Jay. As for the account name I was tired and added the .com by accident...oops. Grafiki is like, well, graphics which i mixed with graffiti, and mon just because I'm Jamaican so thats how the name evolved. Its always fun to hear people try to pronounce it on xbox live.

I love pixel art but never tried it myself...that is until I picked up RPG Maker and it was full of sprites that were almost what I wanted so I it finally drove me to try to make my own.

Now I am hooked!

When I am not working on Pixel art I am doing 3D, Flash or trying to learn guitar.... damn giant fingers...grrr.... lol

heyy guys, im sam, but i go by my last name on forums, fortunato. my full name is samuel nicholas chezere-romeo fortunato. i love music and play in a band called scam (http://www.myspace.com/bandscam/ :D ). i love looking at pixel art and always wanted to learn how to do it to create graphics for my own games. i started to pixel last summer but lost motivation, but now im ready to improve my pixel skills. i hope you guys could help me out a bit and show me some of your works!!!

Uhm... I guess I'll introduce myself, why not.

I'm Sarah~ There are a heck of a lot of pseudonyms I'll respond to, but the easiest would be Neko, Sarah, and ekobor.

Uhm... I'm from Canama-- Canada, I said Canada >.> ... Ontario to be more specific.

I'm 17, at this point in time...

I've been working with pixels since... oh wow, uhm... 1998 or so...

I didn't get into game arts, sprites or anything fancy until about '02 though.

Since then I've worked on and off on sprites. Mostly Mega Man 7 style, thanks to good ol' Bob and George. I was recently brought back to the light of sprites by a friend, though RMXP.

That lead me to Eclipse, which lead me other places, which lead me here~

The sexay fineness of the artworks here has made me drool to the point of near drowning, so I thought I'd give some bigger projects a try, with my past experience as a bounding board~



As you prolly didn't read any of that, I s'pose I'll just say this: I'm a long winded person. =P

Hello people, I am Xamllew. I am 17. I joined Pixel Joint because I was recently browsing some of the pixel art over at DA and it gave me a strong feeling of nostalgia and excitement more than regular paintings do. I'm a total newbie to pixel art but I draw large somewhat detailed scenes frequently in MS Paint (lawl) and sometimes in GIMP, I've been doing digital painting for about a year, it's basically all I do on my PC, that and talk to my pals.I like drawing machinery, adventurous scenes, war scenes, creepy faces, and other misc. stuff.

I would rate myself 6/10 at pixel art, I'm not terrible, but I'm not great. I hope to improve while I spend my time here.

Hello everyone.  I'm Camera.  Free Camera.  Just thought I'd introduce myself here on the forums, though I won't be posting much.  I'm a university student in Alberta, Canada, studying all kinds of goodness.

Really passionate about art, my notes are absolutely littered with doodles.  Pixel art's just another venue for me to have a little fun.

My style's a bit silly, like I am, but I'm hoping to sharpen my skills while I'm here, after all if there's a way to practice color theory, it's through pixel art!
