NOTHING, with the possible exception of Photoshop and operating systems, should take more than 2 seconds to load. That's why I DON'T USE FF. I will admit that my PC sucks. But that doesn't make FF any faster.

Also I bought Super Robot Taisen for gameboy advance today. I kind of want to try another turn based game again. I shall quit playing my standard genre for a short period of time. I should finish some of my games I have a habit of quitting things then just buying more. I hope that the 50+ hours of gameplay go by quickly I don't have the devotion I once did.

 

Anyways the strategy gaming session was horrid. I was treated to smudgy poorly shaded NPA scenes and tiles that were made without much thought. The terrains were very flat looking and poorly shaded. I saw the hideous dot grass pattern with 2 colors. The story so far is non-existent, the only conversation in the game is a horny girl trying to get the attention of all her male co-pilots. The units pretty much all act the same, NOTHING in the whole damn game is animated. I played it for about 4 missions, then went back to playing R-Type III. I have nothing against using saturated colors in games, but the colors they choose were very bland and coloring was childish. By childish I mean "trees and grass are pure green, the sky is pure blue". They use mostly primary colors that clash in contrast. I will probably give it another try, however, I feel like I've lost 20 dollars.
