I've almost perfected the algorithm.
There is a flaw around the outside edges with three very long paths but I still consider this impressive. I've recoded the thing almost compleatly and it can generate a 200x200 cell maze in less than 10 seconds!

I have a feeling that solving the number involves removing columns of pixels or looking at the thing from the side.
Aaaaanyway I've completed my "hunt and kill" based maze algorithem.
I'll be nice and throw an easier maze your way. You would not like the 300x300 square one.

Time to bring out the big guns. I'll have a recursive fill maze soon this will be sure to keep you busy longer. Passages will backtrack and there will be many long corridors that lead to dead ends.
