At my job, I have take the customers yelling at me, and mostly do things at their will, cause we raise their expectations too high, making them believe our product is God's greatest creation. Do not be surprised if you hear on the local news about an office worker in Dallas, Texas going ape-sh*t on someone. Whoops! Said a bad word
