 I'm in the mood to discuss Fallout 3. Who here seconds this motion? Copy/pasting what I said in the chatterbox, for those of you that don't visit the chatterbox much... Especially in D.C. when you've got enemies on the second floor shooting at you. Energy weapons: RIDICULOUS repair costs, hard to find/expensive ammo. Explosives: You can't just use mines in battle or you'll get caught in the blast. Grenades usually bounce around. Big Guns: Slightly hard to find ammo. In the entire 20+ hours that I had with my character, I only found 6 missiles. 6! Overall, small guns really is the only way to go. |

Yeah greenraven, I always went for small guns and repair. And luck :PP
But I felt when I found energy-ammo, there was lots of it, all the robots had atleast 50 on them if memory serves. Hard to find on other mobs though.
btw I think I'm gonna get a 32" Toshiba LCD telly. It'll be sweet to play Mirror's Edge on harharhar.

Evilagram, yeah, that's what I thought so at first. But you know what, I love Oblivion, and I love this. XD
And Leroy, I seem to have bad luck with robots. Aside from places where they're supposed to be like the Nuka plant or the Robco factory, I hardly ever encounter robots. Like I said, I just seem to have a hard time finding laser ammo, instead I'm forced to rely on merchants who charge me 3 caps per cell. And it usually costs about 200 caps to repair my laser pistol and 400 caps to repair my laser rifle. I'm always flat broke because of this. T_T I wish there were more NPCs wandering around the wastes. Also who here was disappointed when they saw a caravan for the first time? I know I was, somehow I expected to see an armored van or something. |

Rivality has been exposed to a hacker attack, fortunatley, no data has been lost. We will be up and running again as usual as soon as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Leroy, you can't just go around hacking every website people link to in this thread. But it does look really cool. I wanted to know who did the graphics and looked at the about page, but it was in some strange alien language. |
