Okay,
First off, thanks Shark and Jalonso for contacting me- I really don't think I'm THAT hard to find.

Well the business of ripping amuses me more then anything, it's such an obscure thing to do with a sprite of mine, and as far as I can tell, they aren't actually profiting from it. What does annoy me is that I have not been properly credited, and that their is no mention of the character being the mascot of our fine Pixel Joint community.

It amuses me to think of all the sinister things you guys could probably conjure in return to this despicable act. I envision viruses and letter bombs.

So what should we really do? Shark says to email the Myspace owner, but I don't know how to do that, because I'm not Myspace savvy, and I don't even know where to link to the owner of the so-called 'Goofy Smiley' app.

I'd like to see justice for this crime for the good of the community, more then anything, so I have no problem with someone else contacting the perpetrator on my behalf.

I say contact the email i posted (not myspace, seeing as the site 'is not associated with myspace') and tell them to geet oof, and etc. and if they dont then use some viruses! Yey! Or you could just do it anyway but that could just cause more chaos.

Well I would just sudgest you do things the legal way. You could threaten legal trouble buy I doubt a lawer would see pixel modifications as an injustice.

SoYeah it's a shame to see such a great character ripped off and made into a stupid pick a face.Did someone say that the offender was a member here? If so they should be sent a nastygram and banned 4eva!

well the sprites you made arent the peak of inventivity or a statement of utlimate talent, but they sure as hell don't suck. they are good as sprites, besides, didnt you start pixelart cuz of programming? you do better pixels then probably 80% off my class (graphic/design) school could pixel em

@larwick: I think (I could be terribly wrong) that it's like that because of the Mac OS X font display.
