Oh! Hello there everyone, umm.. I noticed that there isn't a topic about this awesome mobile software I found some years ago. This one is called PaintCAD, made by a Russian guy and it has almost everything that we could need to make a decent pixel-art piece. I tested it in my equipment, in both worked as I expected.

It has all basic, and some advanced things like a grid, marks, pointer types, selection (cut, paste, copy), fill, gradients, AND EVEN has a .Gif packager. You can open and save files in 8 or 24 bpp (bits per pixel), and also save files with transparency in .Png or .Gif. I read somewhere that you can also open .Svg files but I'm not sure about that. Did I mention that you can install your own fonts and use them with the text tool?

Yes, it is J2ME.

And this is the download link from the official page: http://blackstrip.ru/PaintCAD.jar

and this is the official page (Russian): http://blackstrip.ru/

Also, I noticed that there's a PaintCAD for Windows in development.
