People plz link our comment how to draw top view people in 32x32 but there must be place for walking animation.. this what i make but i dont know hot to make him more good.

I think his head is too far forward. Also his shoulders are too square.

eyes are way too far up on the head. they're on top of his forehead in fact. face projects too far. arms are too small, shoulders are a bit thick. if it's for a waling animation you might as well start on the legs.
find references of people (or at least human heads) from this angle. |
