Very very good the only thing i think needs working on is the horns the foremost one appears t be bent back too far.

His proportions look wrong. His legs seem too short and his abdominal area looks elongated.

Yeah, his top half is bigger than it should probably be. I's suggest bringing his head down a bit. Apart from proportions, this is really good though!

That's cause you are looking at him from a mixture of a top-down side view.

Here, I took out the sword so you can see the length of the legs easier.


I also put the basic bones over it so that you can see what I based the guy on.

I knew the perspective you were going for and he still looks wrong. If the green lines are where his bones and such are, then the armor is definitely sagging on him. His hips are covered by his abs and the bottom of his ribcage by his pectorals.

This point of view really wouldn't change his proportions that drastically.
